Rupert Everett will be a guest at the 39th edition of Lovers for a series of unmissable events and will be the recipient of the Stella della Mole Award, a prize that the National Museum of Cinema gives to personalities who have left an indelible mark on the world of cinema and beyond.

Rupert Everett is given the Stella della Mole Award, in recognition of the importance of his film career and commitment to the LGBTQI+ community.
18:15h – Cinema Massimo, Sala Soldati
The Scandalous Adventures of Lord Byron (UK, 2009, 95′), directed by Michael Waldman, is a Channel 4 documentary narrated by Rupert Everett, who follows in the footsteps of Lord Byron. Everett will introduce the movie in the cinema with journalist and expert Vincenzo Patanè. Free entrance
Thursday, April 18th
17:00h – Cinema Massimo, Sala Rondolino
The film that made Everett succeed: Another Country (UK, 1984, 90′) directed by Marek Kanievska and narrated by the protagonist himself, screened to celebrate the 40th anniversary of its release.
