The 35th edition of the Lovers Film Festival will take place in Turin from 30 April to 4 May 2020, under the artistic direction of Vladimir Luxuria. Its first edition as director.

The claim of the festival changes, becoming the films that change life. A change that is actually a return to the past, since it has long been the slogan that characterized the festival from “Sodom to Hollywood”, founded in 1986 (the oldest LGBT film festival in Europe and third in the world) by Ottavio Mai and Giovanni Minerba.

The other novelty is linked to the inaugural evening which will take place on 30 April 2020 at the Cinema Massimo. To welcome guests not a red carpet but a Rainbow Carpet that, with the colors of the LGBT movement, will give a glamorous note to the whole evening. A place to photograph and photograph, a sort of anticipation of all that the festival will be, as pointed out by Vladimir.
